Deposit & Cancellation Fees
For Standard & Premium bookings – there is no deposit & cancellation fees when you make your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled date. You can reserve the campsite a week prior – there will be a $15.00 deposit fee – if you cancel in 48 hours before the scheduled – you’ll be refunded your deposit. If you cancel within 47 – 24 hours, you’ll only be refunded $10.00. Any cancellations done in the window of 24 hours of the scheduled date will not be refunded the deposit fee – this is only applicable if you made reservations a day/s before your scheduled date. (please note that these are only applicable on full price campsites – currently the campsites are still under construction, they don’t appl
For Deluxe & Premium Plus bookings – a deposit fee of $100.00 is required 4 weeks before scheduled dates. Any cancellations made within the 4 weeks – there will be a full refund of the $100.00 deposit fee. Any cancellations made within the 3rd or 2nd week will only be refunded $50.00 from the deposit fee. Cancellations made within the same week of the scheduled dates will not be refunded.
