The diagram above shows the proposed plan for the current location. Please note that this is only a draft and might change slightly in the future. We are working on implementing this layout to accommodate New Age RVs. The work will begin on the west side and progress to the east side of the park. It’s important to note that this progress will not affect the existing dry camping sites. You should still be able to book them as usual.

About me...

Hi! My name is Ingrid – welcome to NewAge RV & Campsite Park! I am a managing director of construction and operations of the park. 

 

 

I like to travel and eat good food and I am not too picky on music either – I guess it is due to being a 90s teen. My father raised me and my siblings to listen to jazz & classical music, and for some reason, my kids are into jazz & classical music too.

What to expect?

Pardon the primitive look – I am still working on the very early stages of construction & development of this property. I envision a unique memorable park where Road Nomads of all kinds can enjoy & appreciate parking their motorhomes.

 

For now, the park still has dirt roads and some gravel ones – now and then you’ll notice farm animals (horses & cows) roam around. Please close the gate after opening it”. On a positive note – there is a cell signal here all the time, the closest city Belen is 20 minutes away & Los Lunas is about 3o minutes away if you need some refreshments. 

What is coming?

  1. Gravel RV parking pads (will add $5.00 to the price)
  2. Picnic tables & chairs (will add $5.00 to the price)
  3. Fire pits & decks (will add $5.00 to the price)
  4. Water (will add $5.00 to the price)
  5. Septic (will add $5.00 to the price)
  6. Completing hookups & set up with electric connections. (will add $5.00 to the price)
  7. Fashioning the RV back-in pads as envisioned (TBD).
