Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in time is from 01:00 PM and check-out time is until 12:00 PM.
2. The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
3. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
4. NewAge RV & Campsite Park shall not be liable for the loss or damage to any property of Camper or of others by wind/storm, by theft or otherwise, or by trees, bushes, or other growing vegetation.
5. All garbage must be disposed of in the park dumpster when leaving the park at the end of the camper’s stay and a fee will be charged if RV Park has to clean up Camper’s site.
6. Park Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry, or any other valuables left by guests in the park or sites.
7. NewAge RV & Campsite Park shall not be liable for any damage caused by or arising as a result of acts or omissions by occupants, of adjacent campsites or property or the public, or caused by operation and construction of any private, public, or quasi-public work, other than NewAge Campsite Park.
8. All campers shall quietly and peacefully return said campsite in as good a condition as the same was upon commencement (including improvements made by RV Park) of this Agreement, ordinary wear and tear excused.
9. Minor children (under the age of 18) are prohibited from occupying said campsite without their parent or legal guardian present.
10. Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay.

Park Rules

 The campsite is designed for 1 unit only, up to 4 adults & 6 children occupancy per standard/deluxe sites and up to 6 adults & 10 children for premium sites

Permitted units: Fifth Wheel, Motor Home, School Bus RV, Tent Camper, Tent Trailer, Trailer, Truck Camper & Van Camper 

Reservations include 1 vehicle per standard/deluxe site & 2 vehicles per premium site – additional vehicles are $5.00 per day.

RVs campers shall keep said campsite and all personal property located thereon in a state of cleanliness and healthy sanitation.

A camper is responsible for keeping said site maintained in a clean, neat, and safe condition at all times.

No trees may be removed or cut – all firewood must be personally purchased or obtained out of the park. 

Temporary clotheslines are permitted, but must not be nailed to, tied to, or wrapped around any tree, post, or shrub. A camper may not drive stakes or any other post. A line may be run on the camper’s trailer only and must be placed high enough so as not to create a hazard.

For the safety of everyone at the RV Parkplease note that this is a very windy location – fire pits or rings must be used – put out your fire before you go to bed, and NEVER LEAVE YOUR FIRE UNATTENDED 

Campers shall not use the RV Park for any illegal activity or activity that would injure the reputation of the RV Park or the RV Park’s business.

 

 

Good Neighbor Policies:

The space for each campsite is 24 feet wide & 44 feet long per camper – there will be no trespassing on any of the surrounding neighboring campsites & properties. 

Quiet time is set from 11 pm to 8 am – adults must supervise their minor children & pets.

Children & pets shall be restricted to the campsite and accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

The speed limit at RV Park is strictly enforced at 5 mph for all motorized vehicles.

 

 

Sanitation and Water Usage:

DO NOT DIG ON THE CAMPSITE!

Dumping human or animal waste on the ground is NOT permitted. Please empty the tank using the service at each site (when available or check here for available dump stations near this location).

Management retains the right to come on-site and correct any leaks or improper hookups (when available).

 No littering – trash receptacles are available in the dumpster area.

All campsite garbage should be placed in bags and placed in bins.

 

 

Pets:

Pets are permitted – only 3 pets are allowed per camper & must be 50 lb or less

Pick up after your pets, please.

 Dogs must be on a leash when not on Camper’s site but never leave pets unattended. 

Dog Park is a leash-free zone at your own risk (when it is available).

 

Visitors:

Guests of campers must be included as part of the registration or booking – if not please send a message via the contact form – include the number of guests, their vehicles & pets. 

If you fail to report your guests/visitors: there will be a charge of $5.00 per vehicle. The said fee will be due & payable upon demand.

None of Camper’s guests may stay or visit the campground unless one adult on the original registration form is present.

 

 

Vehicles & Parking:

All vehicles and guest vehicles must be parked on the camper’s campsite or approved parking areas.

Your additional trailer/s, vehicle/s, and boat or watercraft must only be parked in approved areas.

The campground will provide overflow parking on an as-needed, temporary basis at the Campground’s discretion.
